Oh no! Hope you feel better soon. And good advice about not being stingy with kind words. I’m always worried that I may be going over the top with praise. But why would that be a bad thing?

So is Santa poop better or worse than dried reindeer poop? I’m thinking of leaving some in the chair of the co-worker who left me a plastic bag full of plastic crap as her way of telling me how much she appreciates me this year.
